For MCS installers running crews

Taking the admin overheads out of the installation process.

A team of agents. Trained on your compliance rules. Working to reduce your admin overheads to a minimum.

Works with Payaca

CASA Tier 2 assessed. UK GDPR. Zero AI training on your data.

CASA Tier 2

Independently assessed under CASA Tier 2, the security audit Google requires before an app can touch email data.

App Defense Alliance

UK GDPR

Job records and customer details are processed under UK GDPR, encrypted in transit and at rest.

Zero AI training

Nothing you send is used to train anyone's models. Your data works for your jobs and nobody else's.

Locked to your systems

The agents talk to your job software, your evidence and your team. No open internet, no third parties, nothing outside the loop you configure.

Every check receipted

Each photo, verdict and chase is logged with a timestamp. When the questionnaire or an MCS audit lands, you can hand over a full paper trail.

Set up once, in the dashboard

You give the compliance agent your rules.

It arrives knowing MCS and BUS. In the dashboard you add the rest: your funders' quirks, your own standards, the things your best admin carries in their head. Written in plain English, applied to every job from then on.

Behind the scenes · agent to agent
AldousThe electrician's cert is in for 14 Milfield Road. Check it against our rules?
Compliance agentFail. Page 2 test results are blank, and our house rule bounces that. Everything else passes.
AldousOn it. I'll send it back to them with a note.

On every piece of evidence

Aldous hands it over. The verdict comes back in seconds.

Every photo and cert Aldous collects goes to the compliance agent for review against your rules. The verdict comes back before the person who sent it has moved on, and Aldous turns it into a friendly chase, not a form letter.

Payaca Stage complete: old boiler out
Before that boiler goes in the skip: one photo of it disconnected, one of the data badge. The grant claim needs both.
2 photos
Checked them: the disconnected one still shows the flue attached, so the claim would bounce it. One more once it's fully off?

That's it. Decommissioning evidence done.

The old boiler comes out. Aldous already wants the photo.

Your engineer ticks the stage off in Payaca like they always do. Aldous sees it, knows the grant claim needs decommissioning evidence, and asks for it before the boiler's in the skip. Every photo gets checked the moment it lands, and if it wouldn't pass the claim, Aldous comes straight back, while a retake still costs nothing.

Cylinder's in, nice. Data plate photo when you've got a second.

Got it, serial matches the order. Nothing else from you until commissioning.

Evidence goes in as the kit goes in.

Every stage your engineer ticks, Aldous knows what that stage owes the pack and asks for it there and then.

Job complete means pack complete.

The pack built itself through the day, and the last photo landed before the van door shut. That's the exchange at the top of this page. No Friday excavation, no ringing round next week: the claim is ready the day the job finishes.

Thursday, 16:48

The handover pack sends itself.

Certificates, warranties, the commissioning record: the compliance agent gathers the lot and emails it to the customer as one tidy pack. Nobody in the office spends an afternoon collating PDFs, and the customer has everything the day the job finishes.

The rules change? Update the dashboard.

Every funder has their own version of "complete", and they keep adding to it. Type the new rule into the dashboard in plain English and it's live on every job for that funder from that moment. Aldous picks it up mid-job where it applies, and your standards stay the ground truth, not a generic template.

Any day, in the dashboard

Every pack, one glance.

One list in the dashboard shows where every job's evidence stands: submitted, paid, being chased, or still building, with the clock each one is on. No ringing round, no surprises on day 115.

A custom compliance agent that follows your admin processes exactly.

What you get

Job reports read the second they arrive

When an engineer marks a job complete, nobody in the office has to read the report. The agent reads it immediately and goes back to them before they leave site: what's missing, what still needs a photo.

Evidence checked as the job runs

Not a Friday audit. Each stage's evidence is reviewed the moment it goes in, and if the afternoon's ticking on with items still missing, the agent asks without being asked.

Subcontractor certs chased and checked

The electrical cert is chased from the sparks, read on arrival, and sent back within minutes with a note saying exactly what to fix. Not in three weeks when the claim fails.

The paperwork finished, end to end

The MCS registration prepared and sent, the clock on the BUS claim tracked, the customer handover pack emailed out, and a nudge to the office when it's time to invoice.

Commonly asked questions.

Your engineers won't touch another app.

There isn't one. To your engineers, Aldous is a WhatsApp contact who asks for what each stage needs as they go and says cheers when they send it. No app, no login, no training.

You've already got job software.

Keep it. Payaca stays exactly where it is. Aldous watches for jobs marked complete, reads what comes out, and chases what's missing. He's the checker, not the system.

Will it get things wrong?

Early on, sometimes, which is why the first weeks run with your admin confirming every verdict before it goes anywhere. The agent learns your standards from the corrections, and you decide when to take the training wheels off.
