Weekly kickoff

A Plan Every Week

Each week opens with a kickoff. Aldous recaps what moved, flags who has gone quiet, and helps you choose the few things that matter most. Ten minutes, and the week has a clear shape.

Connect your Gmail, Calendar and Granola meeting notes to get more from Aldous

Aldous is a relationship intelligence assistant. Connect the tools you already use — Gmail, Google Calendar, and your meeting notes — and Aldous uses that data to brief you before meetings, surface follow-ups, and draft messages for your review.

Read your recent email

With read access to your Gmail, Aldous reviews recent messages with your contacts so it can prepare you for meetings, remember what you last discussed, and help you plan your next move.

Draft replies for you

When you ask, Aldous writes email drafts and places them in your Gmail drafts folder for you to review and send yourself. Aldous has compose access only, so they'll never send email on your behalf.

Prepare you for meetings

With your calendar connected, Aldous reads your events to brief you before each meeting, schedule follow-ups, and run post-meeting check-ins. With your instruction, it can also create and update events for you.

Granola

Capture every meeting

Connect Granola and Aldous picks up the notes and transcript from each meeting as they land. Post-meeting check-ins already know what was discussed, the small details get saved without you repeating them.

Aldous's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Connecting Gmail and Calendar is always optional, and you can disconnect either at any time. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

You're meeting George in 15 mins.

Last conversation: you last discussed your AI adoption framework. He told you the board were worried about the CFO transition, so probably best to open with that.

Warm intro you have: you and George both know James Park. You had a great meeting with him last week, so remember to thank him for the introduction.

How did it go with George?

Really well. He wants to move and asked for a demo next Monday to the wider team.

3:08pm

Logged. Added: prep demo deck by Friday. Anything else worth saving — anyone new in the room? Anything he said about timing? And how was the cycling trip he was planning?

Your day. Briefed.

Aldous checks in every morning to discuss the day ahead and help you keep focused on what matters most.

Prepared. Down to the minute.

Aldous drops you a line 15 minutes before important meetings, reminding you what you last discussed, what's still open, and the key things to focus on.

Key notes captured, the moment your meeting ends.

Aldous checks in the moment your meeting ends. The details that grow a relationship, saved.

Your week. In focus.

Once a week. What's moved, what's stalled, where to focus next.

What could cost £4,000 a month is now £29.

Everything an executive assistant would handle for your relationships.

  • Research before every meeting Who they are, what you last spoke about, what's worth raising.
  • Morning briefings Who you're seeing today, what's open, who's been quiet too long.
  • Follow-up drafts in your voice Replies and check-ins, drafted in Gmail or Outlook ready for a tweak.
  • Quiet-relationship nudges A gentle ping when someone important hasn't heard from you in a while.
  • Weekly strategy coaching A Monday-morning kickoff that reviews the week and sets direction.
  • Pipeline and deal tracking Opportunities, next actions and contacts kept current as you chat.

Built for people who live by their relationships.

Hear from the consultants, advisors, and founders who trust Aldous with their network.

The questions everyone asks.

I use HubSpot today. Do I need both?

Most people don't. Aldous keeps a full pipeline view, so deal flow is visible at a glance, and because Aldous saves details as you go, there's nothing to log. Moving across takes one file: export your contacts, drop the file in, and Aldous reads, sorts, and saves the lot, every name with its details attached. Run the two side by side from day one. Keep whichever one you still open in a month.

I already use ChatGPT or Claude. Where does Aldous fit?

Keep using them. Aldous isn't a replacement. A general assistant is built to do a bit of everything. Aldous does one thing properly: helping you build better business relationships. It holds a deep, lasting picture of the people in your world, what you discussed, what's open, who's gone quiet, and helps you say the right thing at the right time. Briefing you before a meeting, checking in after a call. Drop in your positioning doc, your plan, your goals, and they're put to work in every briefing, every prep, every weekly sit-down. The thinking and growth plans you develop elsewhere finally have someone to help you get them done.

I use Granola for meeting notes. Does Aldous read them?

Yes. Connect Granola and Aldous picks up the notes and transcript from each meeting as it lands. The check-in after a call already knows what was discussed, the little things get saved without you repeating them, and the weekly sit-down covers what actually happened. You'll need a Granola plan that comes with an API key (Business or Enterprise).

What can Aldous see?

Only what you connect: the messages you send Aldous directly on WhatsApp, the email account you link, and the calendar you link. Aldous doesn't read your other WhatsApp chats, and you can disconnect any source in one click.

Do I need to learn a new tool?

No. The main way you use Aldous is by chatting on WhatsApp like you would a colleague. There's a web app for deeper work (strategy plans, your weekly kickoff, contact details), but it's optional.

Is Aldous private?

Yes. Every piece of data is scoped to you: no shared workspaces, no team-wide visibility, no training on your conversations. You can export everything as CSV or delete your account at any time.

What does Aldous cost?

There's a free starter plan with 50 interactions a month, plenty to try Aldous on a few relationships. Plus is £29/mo and Pro is £79/mo. No card required to start.

You're not doing this alone anymore.

Aldous remembers what you can't, notices what you'd miss, and makes sure no relationship goes quiet by accident.

No credit card. No setup. Just a conversation.
